Dr. Chopra's tweet this morning really put me in a reflective mood. I thought about the end of those days when I have felt a zero sense of accomplishment. I also thought about those days when I felt the world was my oyster and everything I touched turned to gold...or pearls...or at least something really great :-). As I continued my reflection, I was reminded that on those days, I always started with a clear intention...and on chaotic days, not so much.
